Amazing restaurant and nice room

Amazing restaurant We ate dinner every night of our 7 day stay Every dish we ordered was very good and service was really fast Even a simple salad was really tasty and we enjoyed our stay . The breakfast was very good and everything was perfect . The beach is a dream and the water is crystal . I highly recommend this place

Terrible! Never again. Do not go

1- rooms diry and never cleaned in 6 days 2- breakfast always the same 2 choices backed egg or omlet egg 3- staff very rude and unorganised 4- a lot of mosquitos in the room and outside 5- the worst palce I have ever been and I paid o lot of money

Bad - Skip it

Let’s start with the room: it was small and dingy. The sliding door to the bathroom doesn’t close all the way, and someone did a half-assed job fixing the broken toilet flush. They also did a half-assed job with the soap holder which faces the wall and is tilted so the soap slides down every time you wash your hands. There’s no shower curtain or separator so when you shower the entire bathroom floor gets wet. There’s two reading lamps but only one plug next to the bed, which has to be used for AC so you’re left scrambling in the dark if your roommate is asleep. The lamps are missing lightbulbs anyway and have been put there just for show so they’re useless either way, their cords haven’t even been unwrapped. The beach looks great in pics until you see the trash piles on the side, which neither hotel will clean up or provide trash cans for so you’re forced to add your bottles or whatever to those piles. Their service is also bad, which is common for Albania, but shouldn’t be for a place that advertises itself as upscale. They will serve you two types of cocktail when you order the same thing both times and not even acknowledge what they did or apologize for their mistake. Their tuna steak was overcooked and salty, so I fed it to the cats playing around the restaurant, and their breakfast is bland (you can choose the sweet or savory option, and you get bread with jam or bread with cheese...). The waiters are also offen suspiciously short on change, whether in euros or lek, so you’ll round up for tips. Their staff had a terrible attitude and acts like they’re doing you a favor anytime they bring you something, serving me a weird coffee in a paper cup, instead of the macchiato I ordered, because they “ran out of clean cups.” Again, no apology or anything. As a paying customer this really isn’t my problem and everyone from the woman at the check in desk to the waiters needs an attitude adjustment. SKIP IT.…

Everyithing is terrible at this place I don’t know what to mention first, food, slow service, after 3 days they came to clean the room, breakfast took one hour to serve and they didn’t serve what we ordered. This place is a no go 🙅‍♂️

Terrible

terrible service especially if you are with kids. they don’t offer you any soup for kids or anything else! totally a nightmare vacations. The staff had a scandalous behavior, we waited 30 minutes for them to come and get the order, we have no desire to return again.

Worst experience ever

Do Not Book, this was the worst holiday experience ever, we booked 2 weeks in advance and when we got there we were told to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready, the rooms were mouldy and the shower was clogged, the sheets were also dirty and smelly. We booked the room with beach umbrellas and were told there are no umbrellas left when we went. Also the staff were really rude and unhelpful.

Our stay at the hotel was terrible. The worst I had in my life. 1. The room was dirty , the drawers were full of dead mosquitoes, the bathroom always had a bad smell. They never cared to clean the room or change the sheets. No shampoo or anything. 2. The beach is nice but you cant find beds because they are occupied from people that come from other hotels. The whole atmosphere of the beach is not good, a lot of noise , they are building things there so its a lot of chaos. 3. The worst part I have to say was the staff . Never in my life have I seen as many rude people all together. The staff was unresponsive, arrogant, and behaved really badly. 4. Although the hotel's staff was limited and couldn't cover all the guest, they had hired someone to delete bad comments on social media and create fake accounts to give good reviews. Don't fall for the only 2 good comments that you can see here. They are made in February when the hotel was obviously closed cause it works only during summer time. …

Bad Customer Service

We could not really evaluate the property as they cancelled our reservation 4 days before getting to the hotel due to "construction" in front of the hotel. However, when we drove by the property, the construction seemed to be on the property which they would have known well in advance of our stay. They did move our reservation to another hotel, but instead of having a sea view room with a balcony, we had a mountain view with no balcony. We had to pay extra to get the save amenities that we had reserved. Also, the hotel they moved us to was not beach front like the Drymades. Furthermore, the management of the Drymades did not offer any sort of compensation which shows a lack of customer service. I would warn all people not to book here.

A fantastic little place!

We stayed here when we went to Kala festival. I thought the rooms were simple, spacious and clean. We actually got upgraded to a suite with 2 rooms which was great. I think the staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The location is great right next to the sea. The restaurant was beautiful, the food was good and we had the best bottle of rose during our whole trip. The review that said the staff were untrustworthy is not accurate at all. I would happily return and might do next year!
