Lovely hotel with a nice pool. Kind and friendly staff. The mother speaks many languages such as French and Italian. Nice large pool to swim with chairs to rest on. They have a small playground with a slide for kids. They have also a calm area with a bookshelf filled with books in different languages for the customers, chairs/seats and a desk with a computer and a printer. The staff greeted us kindly upon our arrival. I recommend this place for everyone! :)

The place is incredible and the best is the attention of the owners, Voula and Rosmary. They were very hospitable and they made us feel very comfortable. The location is very good, you can walk to several beaches, the one we liked the most was Plaka because it has fine white sand unlike others with some little stones. The hotel is just as the photos show, very quiet, the rooms are very nice and clean and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The only thing we think can be improved is to put a curtain in the bathtub and a raised stand for the shower. Breakfast is also very good, they have very rich Greek cuisine such as baklava. We would return without hesitation! If you want to rest in a beautiful place and with excellent attention, do not hesitate to visit the hotel.

We came to Naxos on a very last minute break only booking these Apartments the day before. I read all the reviews and being 5 stars I decided I probably couldn't go wrong booking this place. Communication by email was superb in relation to our transfers. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely lady (I'm assuming it was Rozanne, and the owner/manager the same lady I'd been communicating with. She was very warm and welcoming and showed us immediately to our apartment and we were given some home made wine and Raki in our room for us to sample. The apartment certainly exceeded our expectations of 2 star accomodation. It was immaculate, nice and modern, nicely folded towells, with sweets in the bed. TV in the room, balcony and lovely view of the sea. We were in the second floor and we were kindly assisted with our cases up the stairs. Breakfast was lovely, a buffet where you could just help yourself and have just what you fancy. I had some nice bread, pastries and fruit to set me up for the day. The herbal tea was very nice too. I've read the negative reviews in this place and personally think it is really good value for money. A flight of stairs or plastic cups is just petty. It hasn't ruined my experience. I agree there are plenty of restaurants along the sea front and what's nice for one person maybe isn't for another so you just have to try for yourself. We have eaten at the Gorgana so far and wasn't disappointed. Very friendly and welcoming, good food. You can actually see and select what food you want to eat rather than looking at a menu. I'm still here on my stay and will add more to my experience later.

The ladies working at the hotel were extremely nice, very helpful and always looking out to make the stay better. They offered information about things happening on the island, places to visit and even provided a sun umbrella for me to use at the beach (they did not have any when i asked after seeing a sign at the hotel but They got me one that was waiting for me in my room that evening). The Thalasso Suite is amazing! Very large, with different areas to chill and relax. Having the Hammam in the room was great! Lots of drinks and treats included in the room, including yummy local cherry juice, Nespresso, teas... Have fun discovering how all the options on the shower work. Even a chair and great mirror in the bathroom, nicer than at home!

My husband and I recently visited while on our honeymoon. The hotel was lovely, clean, and immaculately maintained, but what impressed us most were all the little ways that the managers made guests feel truly welcome. They served a delightful locally sourced/homemade breakfast, made Greek coffee for guests in the morning and brought them drinks at the pool, and provided complimentary wine for our stay. The proprietors' genuine care for guests was evident. We highly recommend this hotel to any travelers!
