Perhaps the fee for staying is a big influence in my review but it is hugely overpriced for what you get and not a valid reason to say a) it's on the seafront b) it's what other hotels are charging. The hotel is horribly dated, some might say this adds to the charm, couldn't see it myself, but if your... More

The hotel was in a half decent location, but it could really do with some basic modernisation. The room looked very worn, and curtains, nets etc needed to be replaced. Having said that, the staff were very pleasant.

Arrived here for a 5 day coach trip break. Staff very pleasant, room was nice and comfortable,, yes its dated but it adds to the quaintness of WSM, but its clean and the staff do their best to rectify anything,, (we had a couple of moaners on the coach trip). Bed was a comfortable kingsize bed with nice bedding. Food... More

We booked last minute for a weekend break....There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel albeit a little dated which adds to the character it was clean and staff were friendly what more do you want for the money you pay. If you want a 5 star hotel... More

Me and my boyfriend have been for the weekend in.this hotel. Too expensive and it's not worth it at all. Rooms super little, staff not friendly, noisy during the night. The positive things were the good position, the good breakfast and the fact that it is clean. But I don't recommend it.

An alright place, we went for a night out in town, and it is very accessible. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. And decor of hotel is a bit 1970s but rooms are an average size, and seems like a lively place to stay. Hotel reception staff all seem a bit moody but would still stay again due to... More
