We've had lunch and the food was great. Quick, efficient and friendly service. Good value for money. We haven't stayed at hotel, just ate. Position is within yards from the beach and car park. We'll come back.

We stayed in Weston for the weekend and got a really good deal at this hotel. Reception area is fairly basis and the rooms are a little tired but were clean and comfortable for the money. You get what you pay for and this is a good value budget hotel.

Was recommended this hotel as a place to eat. We were not disappointed and returned on 3 consecutive days. The lunches and afternoon tea were a delight. The scones in particular were the best we've ever tasted. The staff were friendly and service excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Dogs not permitted inside the hotel but welcome outside. Good location...

Some rooms we reserved had sea views. Others received a carpark view. But hotel very clean. Good price. Has described. Sea front location. Not far from the grand pier. Staff helpful. Father in wheelchair. So was OK.

We walked along the seafront looking for an eatery reading the menu boards ... We were spoilt for choice ! We chose the Smiths Hotel as the place had kerb appeal and the menu was vast! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Had fish and chips done superb. Great views across the bay. Watching last nights sun go down...

Looking for a lunch after a stroll along front. Found the Smiths Hotel, varied menu good prices and excellent hygiene rating. We were not disappointed- well cooked generous portions, pleasant staff. Beats Wetherspoons hands down. Would have been a five but no real ale available.
