Could only stay at Castle Canyke Farm for 1 night due to diary commitments. However, we would highly recommend this excellently presented property. A lovely welcome from Jane and Warren [with obligatory muffins and tea] and a lovely room [we stayed in the larger room - with the adjoining twin]. The breakfast choice was very good and the combined lounge... More

We found this excellent B&B after reading the reviews on here for Bodmin. The B&B would be a Boutique Hotel if it was in the city, it's rooms want for nothing, everything has a place and is in it. The breakfast is to die for yet looks positively healthy for a full English. Jane Shirley and Worron run an excellent... More

Arriving from Australia to find the warmth and charm of Castle Canyke Farm was an absolutely wonderful start to my holiday in Cornwall. I was greeted warmly by Jane and Warren with tea on arrival. The house is beautifully decorated with obvious attention to detail - fresh, crisp linen, a comfortable bed and everything so lovely and clean. The cottage... More

Absolutely amazing. Enjoying a really generous pot of tea and cakes in the garden on arrival is a great welcome. The building is old and full of character, but has been modernised with meticulous attention to detail whilst retaining its original charm. The garden area alone is worth the visit. Peaceful, relaxing and with lots of birds to see. The... More

Another fabulous stay at Castle Canyke. We have just returned from a weeks holiday in Cornwall. This must be our 5th / 6th time of staying at Castle Canyke. The hosts Jane, Warren and Shirley really make you feel very welcome in their home. It is spotlessly clean, beautiful décor, excellent breakfasts in the conservatory watching the birds feeding over... More

Had a two day break here specifically to visit Bodmin and its heritage line- The Bodmin & Wenford Railway. The hosts Jane, Warron and Shirley could not have been more helpful, with a warm welcome. The whole place was spotless and quite possibly the cleanest B&B I have ever stayed at so well done to Jane & Co. Breakfast in... More

The House an the eoom had been very nice and very clean. The hosts are grand, very friendly and generous: all together a perfect stay. Only downfall: the house lays next to a busy street even at night.

We were warmly welcomed by Jane and her mum. It's such a beautiful place with adorable interior. Spotlessly clean everywhere. The breakfast area was so cute overlooking the stunning garden, which is a joy to walk around. The breakfast was delicious, all freshly made to your taste. Super friendly and smiley service. I would highly recommended this place, you will... More
