Lovely B&B close to Jodrell Bank. Accommodation is joined to the farmhouse by a short path. Very comfortable with lovely views from the window. Breakfast was very good and Dawn & David the owners were very welcoming. Highly recommend this B&B.

A lovely b&b in a farm setting. The accommodation is separate from the farmhouse and breakfast is served over in the farmhouse. It had a very homely feel and everything you needed. Our room was extremely spacious. We arrived back after midnight and this wasn't a problem. Breakfast was delicious! A proper good quality full English breakfast. Cereal/fruit etc was...

Really nice, great comfortable room and great breakfast. Going as a cyclist i was asked why cyclists' don't pay road tax: simple really - the roads are paid for in general taxation which we all pay (whether we drive or not and it's more accurately called vehicle excise duty and is based on emissions. Lovely place. Hope more cyclists go...

Needing affordable accommodation for work purposes in the area I chose Holly Tree Farm almost at random, putting proximity above anything else. What a lucky choice - I booked four blocks of weekdays and I'm still in my first week but I'm so impressed with David & Dawn's friendly, caring and flexible approach that I'm prompted to review them long...

Our room was more like a suite - comfortable and spacious yet warm and cosy. Breakfast made a great start to the day, prepared with care by a farmer's wife who is passionate about animal welfare. It feeds through into what goes on the table!

I stayed at Holly Tree Farm whilst in the area on business. The b&b was easy to find, was clean, comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. After a good nights sleep, I enjoyed a cooked breakfast every morning which was cooked fresh when I went to the dining room. The b&b accommodation is separate from the main...

We stayed here in mid September on two occasions and found the accommodation to be excellent. A large twin bedded room with plenty of space and storage. The beds were comfortable. The room was not en-suite but we had sole use of the beautiful bathroom just opposite with lovely toiletries provided. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and Mrs Venables...

We stayed at Holly Tree Farm as it was very close to Jodrell Bank and we had tickets to see New Order. The check in time was 4PM but after a quick phone call we were able to check in a few hours earlier than that which was great. On arriving at the farm our welcome was very friendly and...

I booked this b and b for my daughter as a lone traveller. Pre visit phone calls found the owner to be helpful and courteous. After my daughters stay she found the accomadation to be clean, breakfast delicious and the hostess very friendly and kind even allowing a late check out without a fuss. Will definitely use again as a...
