Close to the Irish Sea, nice coastal walk way, clean and friendly town. Good accommodation and Irish breakfast. Nice Georgian style home. Good pups and restaurants all in walking distance to Ennislare. Would stay again 4star rating

Room cancelled 1 day before arrival. Called hotel in advance, asked for a room then booked via bookings.com Ennislare GH called me at 7pm, a day before arrival, and told me that the room is no longer available! Really poor service. They offered me a room in a different hotel for higher price! Avoid!

We stayed here while on a cycling trip and it was perfect for an overnight stop. It was welcoming clean quiet and had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent.

If you are looking for a genuine Irish welcome this is the B&B to stay in! It ranks extremely high for affordability, the hospitality is second to none and the food and service are excellent. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay at Ennislare! Catherine Moore

Friendly welcoming guest house. Very clean & comfy. Even though there were quite a few rooms in use you would never have known as everything was so quiet.Good location walking distance to seafront harbour & shops. Excellent choice for breakfast served on nice China crockery & linen tablecloths . Pretty little seating area at the front with views towards the... More

We had the opportunity to stay here for two nights in this 200 year old home. Near the coast and town of Bangor. Shops are not far away as well as train station. We took the train to Belfast and return and is a good service. The B&B has numerous rooms and we had a double with 2 singles. Comfortable... More

Spent 2 nites in Ennislare B +B, room was tiny for one person but comfortable and clean - though without a proper window, service friendly, and handy location. However both nites I was waken up by neighbour guests coming back around 2am slamming doors and speaking very loud. The second nite was a bit of nightmare as a group decided... More

We were in Northern Ireland catching up with family and wanted a guest house to be home from home. On many levels Ennislare met this requirement. The Landlady Ann is welcoming,no list of rules and regs just "make yourself at home and come and go as you need". We were there with our 2 small dogs but Ann said they... More

We chose Ennislare Guest House as an alternative to staying in Belfast and we were not disappointed. We had a large, clean and comfortable family room in the front of the building with a great view of the city. The location was perfect for walking to the city centre for supper and ice cream cones. The train station is within walking... More

The carpet was dirty, old and never hovered the whole time we where there. 2 out of the 3 breakfasts we had, the yogurts where out of date. The shower was so weak you could barely wash and the wifi was terrible. These tiny details do effect your comfort and there is better in Bangor than this..
