When in the area have stayed there on and off over the last few years. During that time some attempts at refurbishment / improvements have occurred. Rooms clean but not large in the main part of the hotel, and also close to the road and noisy. The rooms in the coachhouse at the back are bigger and quieter. Location is... More

Needed a place to stay near to the cinema/theatre on the high street. We stayed in a recently refurbished room that was more the adequate. The breakfast is something the Hotel prides them self in. Good value for money. Parking also easy.

The hotel car park was missed twice, it's tucked away down a side alley. Finally parked, the reception is ok, the conservatory is a little run down, but the staff nice and polite. You are given a code when leaving the car park! Clean toilets also. Didn't stop for lunch, but overall nice experience.

Awful my room was like something out of a half way house in an American movie. Dirty, damp, small is an understatement literally enough room for a bed a small desk and a very out dated old fashioned wardrobe. The decor was vile, wallpaper hanging off the walls, white woodwork so dirty I wouldn't touch with my bare hands covered... More

The scene was set during checkin. I had to pay in advance but couldn't be given by receipt until the morning - I never did get to the bottom of this. I was given a newly refurbished room in the Coach Inn which I was assured was very nice. Unfortunately it was the hottest day of the year and the... More

We stayed in a newly refurbished room at £150 per night but the room was small, lacked any sound proofing so you heard any noise made by other guests, the coffee machine was over complicated to use and the hotel only supplied one drink and had no replacements. The bathroom although well fitted lacked face cloths, a soap dish, the... More

Approached the hotel and from outside it looks lovely, old coaching inn with lovely old windows and architecture. Inside at the reception and bar area was also nice, and I believe this part has recently been refurbished as part of the whole refurb plan. I was put in the coach inn a building behind the main hotel which is separated... More

Conveniently located with good secure car park. Warm welcome from enthusiastic receptionist, then came the walk to my room - really tatty carpets, scraped walls it did not look good. My room however was modern and clean with all you needed for a nights stay. Returning later I visited the bar and again found excellent staff. All in all this... More

The location in the Old part of Sevenoaks High Street is excellent with good parking available. We Booked for afternoon Tea and was totally surprised not only by the ample quantity of beautifully prepared sandwiches of Ham & Mustard, Smoked salmon, Coronation Chicken plus egg and cheese but also excellent home made pastries and scones with the obligatory cream and... Stayed for two nights in old part over looking road. The rooms lighting was dim. The decor was in urgent need of major re-decoration and over looking the road there was a lot of noise. Would stay the staff were very friendly though a tad stretched at breakfast! Location good but value for money poor if you do happen to... More
