Returning for a second time this year we again enjoyed a two day All Inclusive deal - excellent value for money. We were upgraded to an historic room which was lovely - dual aspect views across the lake. The quantity and quality of all the food is excellent and we found the service to be friendly and the staff happy... More

An old Elizabethan manor house set in it's own grounds. The bar overlooked a lovely lake and was very peaceful if that is what you want. We went there as a coach tour and it was very close to all of the museums of interest. The food was excellent and plenty of it, however the only thing that was lacking... More

This hotel is undoubtedly in a beautiful 14th century manor house. We had booked an executive double room but were disappointed to find that the room differed very little from a standard Premiere Inn type. The bed was no more than two singles pushed together and was not at all comfortable nor were the pillows. There was a slightly musty... More

This was our second visit as we decided to give this hotel another try due to it's location. Managed to secure one of their "All inclusive" offers for the weekend 16-18 September 2016. This coincided with the Ironbridge Festival which we attempted to attend - but was beaten by the huge crowds and lack of Park & Ride availability. We... More

Recently spent a very nice couple of nights at this beautiful old manor house on an all inclusive package at an extremely good price. The hotel just sits off the road at the end of a drive, with woodland around it. Very peaceful. The public areas are very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The restaurant serves good quality food well cooked.... More

We were upgraded to one of the 'historic rooms' - a jacuzzi bath that didn't work and no proper shower. It was so gloomy we could not read the paper. Thankfully we were on an all inclusive deal as I would not want to pay £3.95 for a cup of hot water with a tea bag in it. Moans over... More

Madeley court hotel in Shrewsbury is a lovely hotel. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean. It is situated on a lovely lake with a sitting area were you can watch the wild life and enjoy a drink just off the bar area. There are also some lovely walks almost around the grounds.

Awful Bath filthy wardrobe filthy. Service in dining room awful. We waited 30 minutes at our table before anyone even came to us. My husband had to go to the bar try and find a barman just to get a drink. Dining room was run by school children. We were put in a room off the dining room which was... More
