If Lauren Cooper (Catherine Tate character) had a love child with Victor Meldrew and Basil Fawlty you would be close to the landlord of this cesspit in the bowels of hell. In the morning we went to breakfast and asked for a full English. We ended up leaving it because the plate was swimming in grease it seemed he put... More

Got to be on of the worst hotels I've stayed in this year. The hotel manager is extremely rude and arrogant. When I complained that the credit card machine wasn't working he blew up in a rage never seen anything like it since fawlty towers!! Be warned as well apparently its his policy to strip your beds while your having... More

On ringing the hotel to make a booking we were told that they nonlonger accepted dogs - surely their website should have been updated by now as this apparently was 3 years ago when this decision was made? After reading really good reviews of this hotel we were naturally very disappointed!!

We stayed her for 1 night in room 11 on the night of 19th June. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet with secure parking. Magic view. The interaction with other guests was priceless.

Having read a couple of unflattering reviews we were not sure what to expect but we had a very enjoyable 4 night stay in this hotel, the rooms are clean with spotless linen and well maintained, the bath suite looked new, lovely views, nice and warm, the owners and staff were very friendly and we were provided with everything we... After booking into this hotel with 4 other friends we was booted out for being from Bradford absolutely appalling. We didn`t get chance to unpack or anything.

This hotel is excellent value for money and the proprietors have a NO SINGLE ROOM surcharge, which makes this an idea place to stay. The room I was in had a double-bed and all mod-cons, the central heating was also very welcome, as coming from the Sunny South, the weather during my stay was a few degrees lower than I... More

Myself and my partner only found this hotel late in the evening but were warmly welcomed by Peter and Margaret who had a double room available, with a very large balcony and a wonderful sea view. It was great - we were able to do some bird watching from the balcony, before breakfast. The full English breakfast was yummy too... More

Wonderful quaint B & B on the promenade @ Morecambe. A wonderful experience 2004. It was a pleasure to have stayed there. Clean, quiet and morning breakfast was super. I am returning to Morecambe in spring, it's been 3 years and I won't stay anywhere else. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. See for yourselves how lovely your stay... More
