My husband and I and Poppy the dog stayed here and had a fantastic weekend. Truly dog friendly but at the same time spotlessly clean. We had a beautiful room on the front called Irish Sea. What an amazing view to wake up to - drew the curtains right back to could enjoy the view from bed with a morning cup of tea. My daughter and her dog Poppy also enjoyed very much. A lovely warm welcome from Trudy. It felt Covid secure, hand gel on entering the building and when you leave your room, hand gel on all the landings before you come down. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies in the room. An excellent shower with great hot water. Beautiful breakfast thoroughly enjoyed by us all. How lovely that our well behaved dogs could come into breakfast with us. Thanks Alan and Trudy for a lovely stay. Hope we can come back again soon. What a lovely part of Morecame you are in.. Perfect all round and has perked me up.

Room Tip: If you are struggling to work, a lower floor room would be better for you but we loved our room...

Great hotel, right on the seafront, 10 mins walk to the centre of town. My room was Cromarty, which had its own balcony facing the bay. Small but perfectly formed with everything you need, tea, coffee, biscuits and TV. The only issue is the squeaky floor board by the bed. The room has been "refreshed" and looks ok. Breakfast was excellent, really tasty bacon and really well cooked eggs with no burnt its. Great value, clean and friendly owner.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Its a straightforward 2/3 start hotel, clean, tidy, well kept, friendly. What you see is what you get. The views out the front (ask for a front room if oyu can) over the bay and the S Lake District are terrific. It provides secure parking in their own car park

Room Tip: Front rooms have an amazing view, at the expense of being over the road - but its not busy!

Spent a night at this hotel and was very impressed. It’s obvious that the owners have invested a lot of thought, time and money to create a unique residence based on a maritime theme. I had a single room which although small was nicely decorated and had a balcony with views over to the Lake District. The breakfast was freshly prepared with the usual selection on offer and there is a yard at the back of the hotel for parking your car. I would certainly recommend this fine hotel to anyone wishing to visit Morecambe but to be honest the town is pretty rundown nowadays and I can’t see any reason for me to return there any time soon which is a shame.
