The pictures are not misleading - this B&B was exactly as we had hoped it would be. Spotlessly clean, lovely room, great breakfast - worth every penny. The only problem we ran into was a glitch in the mastercard billing which Alison tended to in a timely manner. I'm not noting this as a complaint AT ALL but rather as...

Comfortable and cozy bed and breakfast if you like French provincial furnishings. Very convenient location in Stirling. Plates and cups on breakfast table could have been cleaner but the food was very good. The innkeeper Allison was very pleasant. We spent one night, booked two rooms.

A lovely furnished place, almost like a real life doll house, Alison really has the Victorian theme fully in her hands. The place isnt really suitable for small kids, too much to play with and potentially break. But if travelling without kids, dont hesitate.

The bedrooms are well furnished, the beds comfortable, the breakfast good; all you need for a restful stop-over ... Alison was very charming, we had a great laugh at breakfast; maybe just the shower on the 3rd floor requires more power to have a decent shower

Stirling is well worth visiting while in Scotland, and staying at the Old Tram House is the perfect location and the hostess, Alison, is a true delight! The B&B is conveniently located, the breakfast is substantial and the rooms are clean and comfortable. While we were there, I ended up having a medical issue and Alison was wonderful, allowing us...

Booked for 2 nights at this charming B&B but would gladly stay for much longer. Immediately you walk in the front door there is a WOW factor, beautiful decoration. The room we had was a twin at the front of the building, very spacious, spotlessly clean (not a spot of mould anywhere in the gorgeous en-suite) and as with the...

My dad and I spent a few nights and they were wonderful. Alison made us feel at home and the breakfast was excellent. Also, she had many recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do. Would be happy to come back whenever we're in town!

We were welcomed by the landlady Alison who was very welcoming and helpful. Our bedroom was small but perfect. Beautifully decorated. Shabby chic. Dining room is equally charming and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended
