Stirling is well worth visiting while in Scotland, and staying at the Old Tram House is the perfect location and the hostess, Alison, is a true delight! The B&B is conveniently located, the breakfast is substantial and the rooms are clean and comfortable. While we were there, I ended up having a medical issue and Alison was wonderful, allowing us... Alison fitted me in at short notice, a double room and a spectacular breakfast at a bargain price, the rooms were beautiful before but after a recent refit i defy anyone to find better,an absolute gem of a guesthouse and a fantastic landlady who always does her best to accommodate, even a road weary biker like me.My third visit and not... Booked for 2 nights at this charming B&B but would gladly stay for much longer. Immediately you walk in the front door there is a WOW factor, beautiful decoration. The room we had was a twin at the front of the building, very spacious, spotlessly clean (not a spot of mould anywhere in the gorgeous en-suite) and as with the... More

My dad and I spent a few nights and they were wonderful. Alison made us feel at home and the breakfast was excellent. Also, she had many recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do. Would be happy to come back whenever we're in town!

We were welcomed by the landlady Alison who was very welcoming and helpful. Our bedroom was small but perfect. Beautifully decorated. Shabby chic. Dining room is equally charming and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended

Stayed their a few days ago. Made to feel welcome from the word go. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. An excellent breakfast. In a good position, close to the town centre, walking distance from The Wallace Monument and Stirling Bridge. Highly recommend this B&B.

We last stayed at The Old Tram House seven years ago and found it a lovely experience so when we needed somewhere to stay in Stirling a few weeks ago, the Old Tram House it had to be! And it didn't disappoint. Alison was again the perfect host - and even remembered us! The accommodation was as charming as we... More

Really enjoyed our stay at The Old Tram House, it was my furthest stay away from home and the comfort of the house, the room and the welcoming owner made it such a nice experience! I am really fussy when it comes to cleanliness so I was more than pleased to find the rooms spotless. All of the facilities were... More

Yes, the place is very beautiful, if you like overwhelming romantic style. For us who value more practicality, this is not the place to stay. Our room was very small and had been furnished with too many and too large (beautiful) furniture, so there was no room for luggage and even walking in there was difficult. The beds squeezed whenever... More
