Been now twice, first was great hence the reason for going back most of the staff were great food was amazing and a very traditional hotel and then went to checkout and there was additional charges not a problem that's fine but I had to go through an email to prove that what I had was part of the package when I got the charge removed the male at reception almost became dismissed that the charge was incorrect he showed no care nothing very ignorant person my wife was saying that people were watching me almost begging about the charges load of pish.

Lovely hotel in a great location. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Check in and check out were very smooth no issue. The rooms are dated yes but it goes with the character of the building. We had Dinner and breakfast and both were delicious. Will go back at some point.
