A lovely place that lives up to all the positive TripAdvisor reviews it gets. The on site parking was easy and secure. It's a B&B not a 4 star hotel but nonetheless we had a large air-conditioned bedroom with en suite facilities. The couple who own this place are exceptionally warm and friendly and the garden is quite lovely.

From the moment we arrived at Campbellii, my daughter and I felt at home. We were welcomed by the adorable Elizabeth and Patrick and, as it was Apéro time, were offered refreshment when we settled in (for me a crisp glass of white wine!). We sat in the shade of the most glorious magnolia tree, and relaxed ... and this... More

We have just finished a lovely weeks stay at Campbelli . We used Langon as a base for a week of cycling around the region . We could not have picked a better place to stay and I would highly recommend a stay here. When arriving at the front of the house don't let it deceive you. The bedroom and... More

Amazing place, superb garden and beautiful house with interesting features, situated on a quiet street just off the main square, so handy for walking to the numerous restaurants around. Well worth a visit if your looking for somewhere other than the fairly run of the mill hotels to stay at. Very friendly couple.

An excellent Bed & Breakfast in every way. The house and garden are charming, the breakfast is superb and we received a very warm welcome from the proprietors. If you need to make a stopover close to Bordeaux, this is ideal.

We were so surprised that this beautiful spot was right in the town of Langon. It's not easy to see and our GPS actually led us to a parking lot on the other side of the garden wall at first, but we did find the sign on the front door by driving slowly down Rue du Baron. Elizabeth opened the... More

We were travelling from Vaucluse and wanted to spend a couple of nights in the Bordeaux area before continuing northwards. We chose Campbellii on the basis of the positive TripAdvisor ratings. We were not disappointed. From our email exchanges before our travels started, through to the warm and gracious welcome (sharing a pot of tea in the garden) when we... More

We chose to stay in Langon to start our trip along the canal de la Garonne. The bedroom was very nice, spacious, decorated with taste, including air-conditioning, a walk in closet and a lovely romantic bathroom ( bath tap surrounded with candles). Our hostess welcomed us and spoke a very good English. She immediately gave us a tour of the (... More

Booked this charming B & B on impulse/in transit. Elizabeth is a lovely hostess and the house and garden reflect her exquisite taste. There's nothing else which would bring me back to Langon - an odd spot.

Stayed at Campbelli overnight on our first night in France travelling up from Spain & we were not disappointed. Campbelli is a most delightful French country style house, although close to centre of Langon. The owners welcomed us with a pot of tea taken in the garden with the dog & various other animals that are resident. The rooms are... More
