In the center of Langon, Hotel-Restaurant Claude Darroze is an excellent hotel with a Michelin Guide restaurant. Good food and wine. The rooms are very well designed and the staff were most helpful and knowledgeable. We lost a bag and they were hands-on with sorting things out,

Dear Sir, We would like to thank you for taking the time to leave a review on all social networks to inform travelers of your experience. We are desappointed that you did not enjoy your stay, our cuisine, our family atmosphere, and welcoming sense. We do apologise if the fact that we uppgraded your room, that you did not pay for any of the changes you made on the tasting menu, was not enough comparing to your complaint. As you mentionned, we have kept the stairs of the genuine building, to keep some of the original charm, despite that you dislike the refurbishment. Thank you for encouraging us to "restore the restaurant to it's former glory". Jean Charles Darroze & Annélie Boldt
