We are desappointed that you did not enjoy your stay, our cuisine, our family atmosphere, and welcoming sense. We do apologise if the fact that we uppgraded your room, that you did not pay for any of the changes you made on the tasting menu, was not enough comparing to your complaint. As you mentionned, we have kept the stairs of the genuine building, to keep some of the original charm, despite that you dislike the refurbishment.
