This was a wonderful place stay. Fantastic converted barn with separate converted buildings for accommodation. Wonderful attention to detail, very comfortable and nice staff. Great works up on the common and Noah's Arc nearby provides great food.

One of the lovely things about staying in B&Bs is the personal interaction with the owners. Sadly, the owners were nowhere to be seen during our recent stay. On arriving at the Barn the door to reception was locked, and we waited for quite a long time for a young lady to open the door. The check in process was... More

Staying was an experience. Located in a lovely part of the South Downs near Midhurst. There is so much to do and see in the surrounding area. It combines the best of a BandB with tea and cake served in the barn on arrival with all the advantages of a luxurious and unstuffy hotel. It is not someone's home so... More

We took over the whole place for one night. I chose the menu and the staff could not have done enough to make sure everyone from 19 months to nearly 70 were catered for. Food was excellent and wines, although, not cheap of a very high quality. Rooms very comfortable and bathrooms of a high standard. If they are going... More

A lovely place, peaceful and relaxing surroundings with privacy enough to sit outside of your room in the sun.Super comfy bed, fresh milk and home made cookies in room were most welcome. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and quality home sourced products. The only down side is... More

This amazing old barn has been reconstructed using some original elements and sympathetic modern additions all finished to a great standard in 2012. The welcome (Lesley ?) was fantastic and the warm muffins and hot drinks in the main hall were appreciated. With 6 guest rooms this is a personal experience that is a welcome change from the many cookie... More

If you are looking for a haven of tranquility in the heart of the English countryside, this hotel is it. Created through the conversion of a barn and stable blocks, this hotel offers rural ambience combined with high end luxury.
