Was a bit skeptical booking here due to some bad reviews but we got a good deal so booked it and I don't understand what the fuss is about. We had a smooth check in, good car park space, easy gym, decent shower and good breakfast. I guess it is not a 5 star resort but it is a

Worst hotel I've been to! I'm writing this review in a bid to encourage viewers NOT to book this hotel. We booked this hotel for a 1 night stay after a long flight from Australia. We were hoping for a chilled evening and a good sleep, however we had the opposite. When we

good location but had to pay for parking. Cold room and air con not working, more than one hour to get anything done, and then provided with small mobile radiator, and no apology. Difficulty understanding some staff as they didn't speak very good English.

I am sure there is no diredct bus service from near the hotel into the city of London. There is a regular bus service, with a stop a hundred yards or so from the hotel which takes you to Hayes & Harlington railway station, from there a regular and rapid train service to Paddington. This will be cheaper than going via the airport. I actually walked from the hotel to Hayes station, takes about 25 minutes, but this only if you have very light luggage.
