Standard Holiday Inn Express, very noisy outside, get a quiet room at the back, I was there only 1 night but it was enough, advantage being parking but it is £20 for a night, I had breakfast which was adequate. The bar prices are extortionate £5.95 for a pint of keg beer, even

Room 313. Broken air conditioning unit and/or something wrong with fitted unit on roof. Like sleeping in an engine with room vibrating. No sleep. Invited staff to attend, advised no problem known and would be transient. Noise got worse. Insisted staff attend, did so and

Greeted by lovely reception team. Not sure of his name but bearded man with accent (May be Italian) was really helpful and welcoming. Room was lovely and clean with comfy bed. Bathroom spotless. Only slight issue was the lack of double glazing so the road noise was louder than

I regret staying at this hotel for many reasons ........main reason being the receptionist leaving me out in the cold for half and hour before actually letting me, then on check in they will take £50 out your card claiming it’s for extras......not to mention car park is £20 they

Dear Eddie_1235, Thank you very much for your feedback. In regards to the preauthorization I must explain to you that is a procedure that is for every guest. Also we do not charge the card, but we hold that amount while you are staying with us. This can be used for charging extras to your room such as food and drinks but also as a security deposit. This amount is released by the hotel at the day of the check out. As for the car parking, it is stated in every channel that a guest will be required to pay £20 per day and signs are also visible at the car park. Best wishes, Angelos K.

I recall they have an arrangement with an associated business nest door who have a car park also there is a large Tesco or Sainsbury opposite .... although I don't believe it was too much of an issue the front desk were very helpful both by phone and in person.

Yes we checked in and then went to my daughters in Wimbledon for the day, and it wasn’t a problem. The owner seems quite flexible (as long as it not Wimbledon tennis week!)

You can ask at the reception for a quiet room and you will have no problem at all. When we stayed there during mornings and evenings traffic was not at a bothering level (and we are picky about this), and during night was really quiet.
