Friendly German owners, modern rooms with really good breakfast. Near pubs and restaurants and sea front.Recommended for a short break. I will definitely return next year for the Lancashire cricket match next year.

Kind of run down area and street. Nice enough room though bathroom tiny. Breakfast nice and friendly hosts. Only a short walk from seafront and main street. Main drawback was first impression re many run down properties in immediate vicinity.

We've just spent 2 wonderful nights here. Amazing hosts who couldn't do enough for us. On arrival everything explained about Wi-fi to keys for entry. We were given a very helpful map of Southport and excellent places to eat. Our bags were carried upstairs to a spotless room with spacious shower room including all the toiletries you may have forgotten.... More

Just spend a night at the Andora and will definitely be back. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Suzanne and Philip were wonderful hosts can't praise them enough.

We stayed at the Andora guest house for five nights, with our two teenage sons. Firstly we were given a very warm welcome and introduced to the hotel. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We booked two rooms, one for ourselves and one for our boys, and both were next to each other. The rooms are very comfortable and we... More

Fantastic one night stay at the Andora - it was extremely enjoyable and I couldn't fault it. It was really easy to get settled in. The locking system allows you to come and go as you please, the house and the room were spotless (and smelled lovely too!), and the service was faultless (Thomas is as friendly as he is... More

Stayed at Andora as a base for a day's racing at Aintree, with two others and was warmly welcomed by on arrival by Thomas! Rooms were fairly old fashioned and in need of a 'update' but spotlessly clean and all the nice touches you would expect.... But don't necessarily get from good hotels.....Thomas and Susanne are obviously a couple who... More
