Booked a family room, very clean, as much as you can eat for breakfast, excellent facilities all round, very friendly staff, rooms and bedding cleaned daily, I would highly recommend this hotel. The indoor pool was great, my 8 yr old daughter loved it.

Old fashioned but that is part of the charm. Would benefit from improved decor allowing local artists to display their work. Pool lovely but all rooms should have Cotten wrap available to wear to pool. Balcony great but table would be appreciated. Wonderful views. Pillows quite uncomfortable. Bring your own!!!!

Booked this quite late on as had some unexpected time off together. Love West Wales as it's very dear to me for so many reasons. This was a cracking hotel and so very much worth the money. Great location, very clean, excellent staff in all departments who were all very friendly and polite and most helpful. Superb breakfast, buffet style...

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and had a lovely stay. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming Rooms were basic but clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. We had a non-sea view room. The terrace garden across the road was a lovely place to sit and have a drink or afternoon tea. Location was great, overlooking the beach...

We had a non sea view double, the room was clean but small, bathroom cabinets tired, it was an 'OK' hotel, however the staff were very friendly and breakfast was lovely, not worth the £136 per room, would not return.

My husband and I had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. The staff we all very welcoming and helpful, the pool and Jacuzzi was lovely and the breakfast was pretty good too! We left it quite late to book so we had to take the only room available with no sea view but it was a nice, tidy room...

Stayed in Tenby for two nights. Went for the best room and were not disappointed. Three floors up with a sea view and two King size beds. Good staff and very clean. Car park is a touch small as expected. Just squeezed into the last space. Top floor does not have lift access. Might return next year.

Stayed here with my elderly Mother for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel was very good - reception staff helpful and friendly and room clean and functional. No frills but did the job. We had a ground floor room with sea views (31) Downsides were that we could never find a spot in the car park, no disabled spots so had...
