Jan and Rob are wonderful, warm and thoughtful hosts that really care about their guests. The rooms are small and simple, but clean and comfortable and do not disappoint. The breakfast was tasty and appetizing. Tenby is a beautiful little town on the seaside in Wales and well worth a visit. Thanks Jan and Rob for the warm welcome!

We were meeting friends in Tenby and the Myrtle Hotel was the perfect location, close to the beach and town but in a quiet road. You can park outside briefly to unload luggage. We were welcomed by Jan who immediately suggested a cup of team might be a good start. It was! Street parking in Tenby is very limited. Streets... More

My wife and I stayed at Myrtle house many years ago ( In Bob Kings day ) we thought the welcome we received then couldn't be topped, I was to be proved wrong. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Jan and Rob like old friends and what a welcome,we had a tray of tea in our room... More

We've stayed here many times. It's still cosy, comfortable, clean, good value and has a great breakfast. It's also very close to the Paragon which is the nicest part of the town. Jan and Rob go out of their way to look after you. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed at Jan & Bob's delightful hotel for 4 nights with a group of ex-work friends, and the welcome and service was first class. Five couples arrived from different parts of the country almost simultaneously, and Jan was totally unfazed as she made pots of tea for everyone. Breakfast was a delight, and although there is no bar, there... More

I stayed here in June for 4 nights. After a long train journey the coffee on arrival was most welcome. Jan is one of the most friendly hosts I've ever met. My room was spotless and the breakfasts cooked to order and plentiful. The central location is a bonus too. The myrtle house hotel is now my 'go to hotel'... More

We visit Tenby every year and, having stayed in a number of Tenbys hotels and B&Bs, Myrtle is without doubt the best we've been to. Jan are Rob are both two of the nicest people you will meet. They did everything they could to make our stay more enjotable. Rooms are nice and clean, great location and the breakfast is... More

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting family, very clean, comfortable and the best breakfast we have had at a hotel for a long time. Freshly cooked to order, even the toast was warm enough for the butter to melt. 2 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and central to everything without the noise. Jan, who runs the Myrtle House... We stayed here again for our annual weekend break. Jan and Rob are absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever too much for them. The rooms are spotless. The breakfasts are huge. If you fancy a night in with a takeaway, Jan will provide the cutlery and glasses. There is a real homely feel to myrtle house. It is situated in the... More
