The room was quite small and rather dated but spotlessly clean. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in, including ny own. Breakfast was lovely and we had a fantastic sea view so, all in all, good.

Stayed here on Saturday as our friends got married. Our room had an absolute beautiful view of the beech. The room was clean and fully facilitated. However, the bed was not very comfortable and pillows were flat. The receptionist was not welcoming with a very negative attitude towards us. The lift is up a flight of stairs then the room... More

We have just stayed for a week in Tenby with Gee Vees and our lovely driver Colin [ the best we've ever had ] We had a lovely sea view room, worth paying the extra for and our bed was clean and comfortable. You couldn't fault the food at all, the breakfasts were good and hurray they had tinned tomatoes... More

Charming and we'll run hotel with nightly live entertainment. We had a double room with beach & sea views fantastic. Staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble Even with fussy people like us. Landing areas were a bit dated but this is a building over 100 years old Very comfy beds all the comforts of... More

We telephoned to book and at first they were dubious about taking twelve women! When we explained we were aged from forty to seventy it was ok! We checked in after two some of the girls had tiny rooms but nice views me and my friend had a back view but in all fairness the room was huge. Think we... More

I stayed here for 1 night, the room was simply decorated and clean. Wasn't too sure about the carpeted bathroom. The sink was tiny and the water pressure on the top floor wasn't great. There was A LOT of noise, so it's not suitable for light sleepers unless you have earplugs. There was entertainment downstairs which I'm sure would be... More

Last visited this hotel 7 years ago. This time was just as good if not better. Had a family room at the back of the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful. Also the evening meals which were included in the price was very nice, with good service from the waiting staff. Although my... More

Our family stayed at this hotel for a special occasion. Beautiful location by the sea. Downstairs has been re-furbished but the bedrooms need the same. Definitely more for the older generation rather than the youngsters but a pleasant stay. Rooms TOO HOT ! need to turn the heating down when not needed !

Booked at the last minute - 180 £ for 2 nights + breakfast (ridiculously overcharged for what we had). Room with sea view - quite alright but the window couldn't be opened more than 10 cm. Curtains' and carpet's smell was horrible (quite like cat pee). Bathroom facilities? Nonexistent (we had just two little bars of soaps - no shampoo,... More
