My husband and i didn,t read any reviews before our 1 night stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic we stayed in room 102 directly over the front entrance with a huge bay window so you have a beautiful panoramic view across the bay and harbour. The owners here could potentially have a gold mine! however the curtains were... More

Stayed for 2 nights, decor very tired noisy plumbing and paper thin walls. We could hear the guy next door snoring!! Paid £220 for a double room and it wasn't even serviced after the first night. Beakfast fair but after asking for another pot of tea it came back with the same tea bags in!! All the other points have... More

On arrival at this hotel we were greeted by a very pleasant lady. We had made a mistake with our booking, but instead of the manager explaining to us graciously that nothing could be done, he literally turned his back and said 'tough'. The room was adequate though, clean, tidy and comfortable, although the bedroom door wasn't very secure. The... More

The exterior of the hotel hardly inspired confidence, it is in much need of refurbishment. This theme continued throughout, as you enter you are greeted by a very tired looking hotel, threadbare carpets, ripped furniture and a very tired feel about the place. The bedroom was actually alright if a little dated, the bathroom wasn't great with an awful shower,... More

I can't understand how places like this can demand such high prices to stay for a night. These days, places like this are unacceptable. The facade is tired The threadbare carpets in reception. The state of the furniture. The attitude of the staff checking in. The doors in the rooms don't fit properly. The bathrooms are substandard. The breakfast was... More

Stayed with my fiance for a weekend break. Awful horrible hotel. Do not stay here. It absolutely stinks inside. Dirty carpets, awful old fashioned decor. There are no words to describe this hotel. the guy on reception is ignorant. Breakfast wasn't too bad and the waitress was pleasant. Nice views but that is its only saving grace. Overpriced as well.... More

We stayed for a three night break in mid-July; whilst the hotel could do with some refurbishment we found our room (on the third floor) to be clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also clean and fully functional although a little cramped. Service was good and friendly and the breakfasts quite good. It certainly isn't a modern hotel but... More

I was a bit concerned reading the reviews about this hotel, but it really wasn't that bad!! Me and my other half have just returned from a weekend stay for Tenby Long Course Weekend. Great location on North Beach. We stayed in room 303 and it had a great view. Ok, so the hotel needs a little tlc BUT it's... More
