We booked 6 rooms at this hotel, and every one of these room was perfect. The hotel is beautiful decorated, very clean and tidy, with a lovely swimming pool, the jacuzzi was just the right temperature button on the side for you to put it on, gym has everything you need and sauna that you can put on your self....

We booked a night here as a treat for our Anniversary...and what a treat it was.....beautiful surroundings and very welcoming and friendly staff. The room with a four poster bed and Jacuzzi bath was very luxurious and we felt thoroughly spoilt. As I'm Gluten free I don't always have brilliant experiences when dining out but the Heywood mount...especially Andrew in...

Lovely hotel, not too far to walk into Tenby. Quiet area. Room was lovely. Breakfast was yummy. Sauna and jacuzzi was very relaxing. Didn't have evening meal as resturant was fully booked but enjoyed eating out and having few drinks in Tenby.

Been coming to the Heywood for last few years and on the whole love it here. This year you can start to see the improvements that have been made and the new professional looking decor. I think the rooms could still do with updating and the floors in some are uneven and noisy when walked on. A good family weekend...

I've just returned from a week away in this hotel with my wife and 2 kids. The hotel was modern but still had the charm and character of a family run business. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were always extremely pleasant. From reception staff to bar staff they went out of their way to ensure you were...

After reading the wonderful reviews we were really looking forward to our break at The Heywood. We arrived late and booked into the Brasserie for dinner. Unfortunately on this occasion the kitchen had problems and consequently after waiting for our food for over an hour we left. We visited the Spa the next day and unfortunately the treadmill was broken...

Really lovely hotel.. The Staff are very helpful and friendly.. The Hotel room was spotless and inviting, with plenty of room for myself, hubby and two children. Breakfast was beautiful with lots of choice. We loved the indoor pool as especially as we had it to ourselves. A very modern and stylish hotel. My only one negative point is that...

Just back from a short stay here; in short, fantastic! Excellent facilities, decent location just out of town, attentive staff, clean and well appointed. Minor, minor issue was room 5 (right off reception) not being the quietest during the day. We'd walked to Saundersfoot and fancied a snooze as the guests started checking in at Reception otherwise, we wouldn't have...

Peter, After reading your response to my review of your hotel the last thing I'll be doing is removing it as when I left the review trip advisor asks to confirm that my review was a true & honest reflection of my experience. I would like to point out that as for you calling me bitter & twisted I think you'll find it's more likely the other way around & its you who is bitter & twisted, almost every negative feedback I've read of your hotel is met with threats of you wanting to take people to court for slander ect. Maybe you should look at it more as constructive criticism & do something about making the hotel better rather than just trying to belittle the customers that have had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. Id also like to add that out of everything I wrote on my review the only thing you could bite back at (which you do on every negative review of this hotel from what I've seen) was the part where I wrote "somethings the Hotel should take note on & could have done to improve the place BESIDES putting a match to it" By all means take me to court if you feel the need but my comment was NOT written to entice anybody to do so. As for the hotel being sympathetic towards is if by that you mean turning the music back up 30 minutes after complaining then yes you were very sympathetic (that's sarcasm by the way incase your narrow mind can't get to grasps with it) I'll look forward to reading whatever negative response you post in regards to this. On a lighter note if you do decide to invest some money into replacing & solving the rotten/damp issues within your hotel give me a call I'll do you a good deal on building materials. Much love Gary. PS Merry Christmas xx
