Stayed here with family recently for 2 nights and can happily say we'd stay again. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which is perfect as this is a Spa hotel to come and relax at away from all the hustle and bustle. The hotel itself is lovely, as you walk through the door you're greeted by a...

Enjoyed our stay and the weather was glorious . Reception staff professional ,pleasant & welcoming.room was fine with a balcony we could sit out on. Swimming pool / jacuzzi good but would have liked something to relax on post swim. The area around the pool not big enough to fit loungers or chairs. The restaurant/ bar was newly refurbished and...

Located in a very quiet area, not to far from the train station is the very beautiful spa hotel. The receptionist went out of her way to accommodate us since we were walking with our carry on luggage from the train station. Our room was ready and was more than expected. We had our own private balcony, large and comfortable...

This is the way a hotel should be from the minute you walk through the door you are part of the family , some modern ,some older rooms , but all have ensuite. The center court area is a sun trap. Breakfast is great and dinner menu is wide and tasty. Just relax and let them take care of you....

Great facilities, great food but best of all great people. Stayed for a long weekend and ate in the Heywood Brassiere on two evenings, both were excellent. We also enjoyed excellent treatments in the spa. The Heywood team could not be more welcoming, cant wait to return.

We stayed in this hotel for one night in April 2017 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were fabulous and could not do enough for us, my husband called in advance and arranged a special surprise for me of flowers, balloons, chocolates, prosecco and rose petals in the room and this was done to perfection. The hotel is on...

Visited heywood spa for friends birthday. Met by peter the owner who made us very welcome. Stayed in executive rooms which were huge and spotlessly clean with balcony overlooking gardens and indoor pool. Iced prosecco on arrival was also very welcoming. The hotel had everything you needed. Breakfast was lovely and we ate in the restaurant on the second evening....

I visited the hotel as a surprise for my birthday, staying one night on the 13th April. The experience was excellent, friendly staff, a well presented bedroom, a beautiful, relaxing spa area and great food at the hotel restaurant. We were the only couple dining in the restaurant but the staff did not rush us through our meal, allowing us...

Never stayed here before but when we arrived the lady at the front desk was very helpful and offered us help with our bags, however we politely declined. We tried out the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna, all of which were nice and relaxing....and no children to disturb us..YAY! We ate in the Brasserie in the evening and all of...

Peter, After reading your response to my review of your hotel the last thing I'll be doing is removing it as when I left the review trip advisor asks to confirm that my review was a true & honest reflection of my experience. I would like to point out that as for you calling me bitter & twisted I think you'll find it's more likely the other way around & its you who is bitter & twisted, almost every negative feedback I've read of your hotel is met with threats of you wanting to take people to court for slander ect. Maybe you should look at it more as constructive criticism & do something about making the hotel better rather than just trying to belittle the customers that have had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. Id also like to add that out of everything I wrote on my review the only thing you could bite back at (which you do on every negative review of this hotel from what I've seen) was the part where I wrote "somethings the Hotel should take note on & could have done to improve the place BESIDES putting a match to it" By all means take me to court if you feel the need but my comment was NOT written to entice anybody to do so. As for the hotel being sympathetic towards is if by that you mean turning the music back up 30 minutes after complaining then yes you were very sympathetic (that's sarcasm by the way incase your narrow mind can't get to grasps with it) I'll look forward to reading whatever negative response you post in regards to this. On a lighter note if you do decide to invest some money into replacing & solving the rotten/damp issues within your hotel give me a call I'll do you a good deal on building materials. Much love Gary. PS Merry Christmas xx
