The Park hotel is an elegantly decorated hotel with a fantastic view overlooking tenby. We had a ground floor room with view of the lawns, which was fine. Our only small criticism was the shower was not very powerful, but we expected this in an older hotel with a shower over the bath. There is an outdoor swimming pool and... More

Stayed for two nights with another couple. We had the deluxe sea view room 202. A large room with the most spectacular view of the bay. The gardens are very well kept and the hotel is of a very good standard. We had B & B,food was good and the waitresses were lovely, prepared to have a joke or two!... More

Though a little on the expensive side for a one night stay, the service at the hotel and the excellent breakfast service is worth it. This is a genuine quirky old fashioned seaside hotel - no straight corridors here and lots of steps and quite easy to get lost!!

This was our first visit toTenby and the Park hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Our room was small but comfortable and the main rooms in the hotel were nicely decorated. On first reading of the evening menu the food sounded quite ordinary, however the quality and quantity was exemplary, fresh and excellently cooked. The... More

This was our fourth visit to The Park Hotel so expectations were high, well we were not disappointed as it was first class as usual, the hotel has been recently decorated and looks lovely, but as usual the kids loved the outside pool which they used at any opportunity, the staff were brilliant and very very friendly and couldn't do... We've stayed at the Park Hotel a few times over the years and the view from the terrace is what makes us come back that and the staff. They have started to upgrade the hotel but rather than look at the decoration first they need to go back to the basics and look at the bathrooms and plumbing our bathroom... More

When you book an unfamiliar hotel on-line you are trying to match your expectations to the limited website description and photos. In our case, we had booked (via Booking.com) a 'Superior room' categorised as 'spacious with stunning sea views and a comfortable seating area'. So, to find that our allocated room was actually none of those things was very disappointing... More

This hotel was ok, it was clean and the people working there were friendly, also the hotel has excellent views over Tenby. The room we had was very small for a double room and the bathroom was very basic. The wifi at the hotel was terrible and they really need to upgrade this. There are better hotels in Tenby for... I'd emailed the hotel to request one of the rooms with a bay window overlooking the harbour and North beach and luckily one was available for us. The view was stunning and worth paying extra for but everything else about the room was disappointing, considering it cost £159 per night. The bed was very uncomfortable and the general decor a... The room was on the small side and this was a superior double. The bathroom was quite small although the bed was very comfy. Dead wasps on the window sill on the landing window which we got to know personally. Breakfast was OK but there was far too many staff who watched you too attentively. This made it not a... More
