The guest house is in a quiet location and has parking. The room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was included and the food was very nice. The owners Sue and John were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Overall it was good value for money and we'll definitely be staying again. If you want a quiet quest house... More

Once again enjoyed our stay. Well placed for local bus network both into or out of town. But still a pleasant walk into town/seafront if you like a stroll. Situated in a quiet location even though next to main road out of town. Building is of an old victorian design so not really ideal for anyone who doesn't like steps... More

We found this Guest House on Trip Advisor and what a find it was! It was a short 15 minute walk into town, which meant no noisy seagulls waking you up in the night. John and Sue were delightful hosts and the rooms were large and comfortable. Off street parking was a bonus. Would certainly recommend.

We only had one night here back in 2012, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. It's not flash but it is comfortable, well located and good value and the welcome is superb. John cooks a good breakfast and he and Sue do like to have a chat. Great people.
