I apologise for this delayed answer, I have only just received the email. The Duke of Gordon holds a Hogmanay Gala Ball for hotel residents. I am sorry to say that it is the only evening of the year when the hotel is not open to non residents. There are options in Kingussie for Hogmanay at the Scot House Hotel and Tipsy Laird bar on the High Street. At 23:30 every year the town host a torch light procession from the rail station to Ardvonie Park for the midnight Fireworks and Mini Ceilidh.
I trust you will have a happy and prosperous 2017.
