We enjoyed everything about this property and would like to have stayed longer. The welcome and service by the staff was thorough and friendly. The food was outstanding and the room and view cozy and welcoming.

Came here for an overnight stay for my birthday and had a wonderful time. The house is so quiet and peaceful and we loved sitting by the fire reading the papers. We were in room 18, which was lovely and spacious with great views. Our meal on the Saturday night was fantastic - lobster to start and beef as main...

We were warmly welcomed by all staff and arrived to a blazing log fire in a huge fireplace in the hall..... just lovely! This is a quaint country house hotel, so well furnished throughout and so relaxing with open fires around the public areas. Bedroom large, warm, relaxing and the ensuite meticulous. Whilst we were at dinner the bed was...

The room was comfortable and a good size. However not having a shower in the bathroom was a surprise as was no duvet on the bed just a sheet and blanket which impacted our ability to get a decent sleep. A kettle in the room to enable us to easily make some coffee / tea would have been good. Breakfast...

A party of six of us stayed at Kinloch house for two nights and had a perfect stay. The staff are unfailing polite and helpful and seem to have a sixth sense about when you might want some attention! The surroundings are traditional and the place looks and feels well lived in and makes for a really relaxing stay ....

We loved this place. I think we were the only people staying except for an elderly gentleman although we had been unable to book an earlier night because the whole house had been rented out for a shooting party. Lovely room. Lovely staff and delicious food. Elegant but not stuffy. Great public spaces which felt cozy with just us but...

An absolutely wonderful hotel. HIghly recommended. My husband and I stay at Kinloch House Hotel once a year. Always a warm welcome and a cosy fire. Our room was perfect and bright with a wonderful view of the hills. The ambiance is traditional country house and the food is exquisite. We were spoilt and pampered, the service and the staff...

To be clear, this is not a 5-star hotel. It is 3-star at best. The rooms clearly haven't been decorated in 30 years and the flowery wallpaper is stained and peeling in placed. The ceilings are cracked poorly filled. The bathroom is carpeted, even around the toilet which is seriously unhygienic. The beds use blankets and bedspreads rather than duvets...

The staff was great. No request was too big. Dinner was quite yummy!!! I don't usually eat steak in Scotland, but I took a chance and was not disappointed. It was amazing!! The property is beautiful with highland cows grazing in a pasture out front. My room was huge, clean, beautiful. Kinloch House has become one of my favorite places...
