Booked a group to go on holiday 23.6.19 in May 2018 and the booking was accepted and confirmation received. In January advised the hotel had double booked, with school children. Did not travel to the Isle of Wight for this holiday.

Hi our hotel was on the flat with a bus stop outside. The sea front is flat. Hope you enjoy it. Try the zoo and get a bus to the gardens for a lovely cream tea.
