All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Jacqui, Charlotte and Jordan. They couldn't do enough for us. As mentioned before, the entertainment was very mediocre. We like... More

We were originally booked for another hotel, but at the last minute were told it was not available & would we accept the Cygnet. Having seen the original one for ourselves during the week, we think we had a lucky escape. The Cygnet is a nice hotel with good facilities. However, it could do with a professional refurb in the... A group of us lads stayed here last month, is clean, tidy and the staff are brilliant and helpful. Would highly recommend as it was great value for money. We will certainly be returning. The pool area is a huge bonus and the bar is spacious and has a nice range of beers.
