At £32 each a night I don't expect a lot. However I do expect my room to be clean. We stayed last August Bank Holiday when the Hotel was going through a refurbishment. Well the seagrove had issues but it was a great place to go on holiday.the staff were great and the whole atmosphere had you returning year after year. Now the Esplanade is down right crap. we stayed here last August Bank holiday.. this year we are returning booking 25 rooms. yes its dated. BUT value for money. the beds and bathrooms were clean. The staff were fabulous. They made us feel more like friends. The views are great. we all had a great stay.

been here before and yes run down hairs broken but managed to have one of the est laughs. stayed as a family of four and found the staff friendly and willing to help with us finding our way around. taking time out of their day to approach us and chat. enertainmemt from dean was great and such a lovely man...
