Very clean, warm room with luxurious furnishings, en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely host. Close to metro station. Great value for money. Perfect for a stay in the friendly North East.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Loved every minute of my stay. Carole welcomed me and made sure I had everything I needed. I had the top room, which was fantastic. Coffee and tea facilities etc., It is lovely and quiet. You have the use of the kitchen, and you were welcome to help yourself to cereal, toast, tea and... More

We stayed at the Ainsley guest house whilst visiting Newcastle for the rugby World Cup. It is perfectly suited for trips into and out of Newcastle being only a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The rooms were lovely and Carole was a delightful host. I would definitely stay again and recommend a stay to anyone

We just wanted to thank Carole for a great stay and say what a lovely house she has. Rooms are a good size and ours, 4 had an en-suite. The house is immaculate with very comfy beds and very well thought out. The kitchen on the 1st is a brilliant idea. Thanks Carole. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was nicely decorated, warm and welcoming. The room was a good size, with a large TV and our own en-suite. Carole was a fantastic host and couldn't do enough to help us - letting us leave our bags for the day while we had a look around. Perfect for what we wanted,... More
