We had a lovely stay here, nice clean and comfortable room and excellent, friendly service. We especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of the gluten free options at breakfast as well as proper fresh coffee and delicious fresh smoothies. Will definitely stay again!

I booked into this hotel at short notice on business. It was very clean and staff very welcoming. The bed was firm and all appliances worked. The shower was good but the drain on the floor of it was somewhat clogged up with hair that I partially cleared to allow the water to drain more quickly from the shower tray....

As usual Michael ensured that every detail to our stay was exceptional; he was even in on the surprise organised by my family who also arrived to join in on the celebrations!!! Michael arranged a special birthday breakfast which was delicious! Could not recommend this Hotel enough & looking forward already to my next stay.

The room was lovely with microwave, fridge and cutlery. The breakfast was huge and delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff are very polite and friendly. They don't do evening meals but there are fabulous restaurants and a local Sainsburys within walking distance.

Accidental but very fortunate find, lovely room all that is needed and more. The microwave and fridge a real bonus when working away from home - I don't always feel like searching out somewhere to eat. Very friendly staff , nothing too much trouble. Great range for breakfast.

I've stayed here a couple of times now, and the experience has been consistently very good with an easy booking process, off road parking available, friendly welcome on arrival, and an excellent breakfast. Location wise it's perfect for (what's left of) Whitley Bay's attractions. It is however more like a B&B than a full service hotel - so no bar...

We stayed 2 nights and had to move rooms ( which was easily accommodated) as the first room was overlooking a noisy road. I say ok as it was ok for a B&B but the price was that of a 4* hotel in Newcastle. Sadly there isn't much competition in Whitley Bay which probably explains the pricing. Service was great...
