Just home from the most fantastic staycation at the Claremont - everything was perfect, such a warm welcome from Ewa and all of the waiting staff. Our room was perfect and extremely comfortable. Dinner was first class with a great choice of meals. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful hotel on our doorstep.

Hi, Just felt we needed to leave a review due to the fantastic experiance we had when staying at your Hotel for 3 nights over the weekend of the 25th Jan. Our Room was stunning with a lovely big bay window over looking the Sea front with all the amenity's you could want. The biggest thing that impressed were the staff, all so friendly and nothing was to much trouble and so attentive especially the people who serviced your room and the people who under took the nightly turn down. Beds were memory foam and amazingly comfortable! Breakfast and Food in the Restaurant was really nice. We have stayed in many really nice Hotels all over the world and I can't remember us experiancing such fantastic customer service. We will definetly be back! Thanks Lee & Carol

Hotel is very conveniently located with access to buses and trains although part of the promenade, including a stretch in front of the hotel, had been dug up for repair when we were there in the summer. The food was very good.

Dear Angiesuetrio, Thank you for your review and kind words regarding both our central location and food quality. The road-works you refer to are part of a full renovation of the Douglas Promenade with the area immediately opposite the Claremont now almost completed, due to be totally finished early 2020. We hope to see you again soon. Kind regards, Mark

I visit the Isle of Man a few times each year and have struggled to find a hotel that ticks all the boxes. Now I have. Stayed for one night and my room was very spacious and clean. Everything I could need was provided in the room and more including a welcome card from the hotel manager, a nice touch. Every member of staff I cam across was welcoming. When I came back from dinner I found some chocolates in my room and the biscuits and coffee had been topped up too! Breakfast is of a very high standard and quality, and Carlos offered to make me a coffee from the machine which I have to say was a really nice gesture. Will I stay here again? Yes, definitely.

The room was impeccable with a large, very comfortable bed, prefect temperature in the room and sea view (albeit spoilt at the moment by the Promenade roadworks). It was close to the town centre. The meals were delicious - particularly the seafood (I recommend the queenies). There was a wide choice for breakfasts including Manx kippers and not just the standard full English, with wide choice of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit etc.. The three course evening meals were to die for - you must try their fillet steak. The service was beyond criticism. The chef is magnificent, the waiters attentive to your every need and Reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. I got the impression that the staff were all happy working together. There was always a good atmosphere. We shall be going back...

We work hard to provide the service levels and attention to detail as you refer, so to read such kind feedback is always nice for our Claremont team, we will be sure to share your comments with them all. Many thanks once again and we look forward to seeing you on your next trip to the Isle of Man. Kind regards, Mark
