We had a lovely time. Our room was very spacious and clean and tidy. En-suite shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast options were varied and well cooked. Full English, eggs etc through to just cereals if that was your requirements. The host, Ian was lovely a man very friendly and knowledgable regarding the area.
Ive been staying at St Heliers now for over 10 years and have bought over several friends in that time. It is ideally situated for all ammenties being situated in the middle of the Promenade.Excellent breakfast and bar snacks are available of a night time. Well worth a stay.
Lovely hotel run by the owner sue and son mark, very friendly always found time to chat, breakfast was very nice and plentiful, extra hot drink and toast was always offered, could not fault my room single traveller double bed, theres also a lift plus the bar was always open on my stay,
Perfectly located one the promenade 20 walk into Douglas town centre. Extremely friendly b&b, feels very homely and you certainly don’t go hungry at breakfast. All the guest are also friendly and helpful. Many have stayed here for yrs & are knowledgable about IOM which I found really helpful & enabled us to fit lots into our day. This B&B isn’t for everyone. If your after top of range with all the latest gadgets this isn’t for you. If you want friendly, nothing fancy with a homely feeling & approachable owners this place is for you. We’ll definitely be staying here again.
A long weekend to watch the Senior TT booked a few months ago. Sue and the team really looked after us. Basic rooms, but clean and comfortable, plus a great breakfast at a really good price. Hope to visit again next year.
