We've been coming back for about five years for our summer holiday. This place is a simple, friendly B&B with a bit of personality. It's extremely good value for the location, if you get the cheaper rooms without a sea view (which have a nice view of the hill instead). It's the kind of small cheery establishment where people chat... More

I love my stay at St Andrew as it is just 5 minutes walk to the beach through the back garden gate which my daughter love it. It is just like an adventure for her. We had a room with sea view which is great too, the double room is medium size, a bit small for family ( recommend book... More

We stayed at St Andrews for the second time in August and received a lovely warm reception by Mick. The room was clean and comfortable with stunning sea views and the service was homely and friendly. Mick and Nava are a lovely couple and interesting to talk to and make you feel like part of the family during your stay.... More

A very warm welcome from the owners, who made us feel very at home. The hotel is decorated beautifully with superb quilts and paintings made by the ownders, which also gives it a homely feel. Breakfast was excellent, although our beds were a little firm! The rooms are clean, lots of hot water and soft towels. Superb sea view beyond... More

We visited St Andrew's for the 2nd time, which says something about how well we felt about it on our first visit. Mick and Narva were very welcoming and our whole family felt at home there. The breakfast was very good. The room with a sea view was excellent. Mick's paintings add a nice touch to the house also. The... More

This hotel is in a brilliant location and has fantastic views. The building could be stunning. On arrival and throughout our two night stay the owner was informative and nice enough. Our small double room had a small double bed with a very worn duvet cover which didn't do up at the bottom which the very worn duvet hung out... More

St Andrews is a beautiful big house with wonderful views . We stayed for two nights here but never really felt at home . We were confused as to how the pricing worked as it seemed to vary depending on who you asked . When returning to collect our bags we were asked why we hadnt a key ( we... More

We had a great family holiday at St Andrew's in Ventnor. We enjoyed the sea view from both the bedroom and the garden, the latter being a real plus during the hot sunny week we stayed there. Mick and Nava made us feel very welcome and gave my daughter a card and small present on her birthday. They have a... More

warm and friendly b&b with very welcoming hosts make your stay feel like at grandparents home rather than impersonal hotel. Enough privacy and freedom, so if you feel like enjoying yourself quietly, not a problem. Beautiful house and garden with great location and view on Ocean and close proximity to Ventnor city centre and bus stop. Disadvantage may be a... More

Great few days at St Andrews with Mick & Nava, as usual made to feel like family. Great views of the sea, good breakfast and plenty of fun time together, hope to visit again next year.
