I didn't expect much as only 2 star hotel. At first glance room clean, but stained sheets on bed and room dated. Very hard to find someone in the hotel to speak to during the afternoon and night. Only saving grace was that it was a very nice quickly served cooked breakfast. Continental was non existent though. Consisted of cereal,... More

Lovely family run hotel. Clean room, great breakfast and stones throw from the local golden beach and best eating establishments. Didn't use the bar or lounge that much but imagine would be good also. Room we had had bunks which maybe not ideal for young kids but easily sleeps a party of four

So glad we found this lovely hotel - and that they had room during such a busy season. We were welcomed on arrival by Angela, who made us feel right at home and showed us to our room. Much bigger than expected, with a comfy double bed and all very clean. Lots of spare bed linen choices if you're too... More

We enjoyed our stay at Roseglen. We were made very welcome and provided with a good sized room and very comfortable bed. Good breakfasts ( we went exploring the town for our evening meals). A strong-point for the hotel is that it is very close to the high street.yet in a quiet road.

Great Location for town center ,lift or road to beach, 5 mins to railway station. Wayne and Angela the perfect hosts. Room well kitted out and warm, Kettle for tea and coffee available. The only thing I would say is room 5 has a very small shower and toilet combined. But would recommend any one to stay .

We stayed for 2 nights and when we arrived late in the evening we had a bit of trouble parking but I went to the hotel and was greeted very warmly by Wayne who immediately came out and helped us with a parking space. We were then shown to a lovely twin room at the front which was spotlessly clean,... More
