Stayed here for two nights, lovely hotel with spacious rooms, everything nice and clean, close to the town and beach. Super breakfast in the morning, plenty of choices, nice lounge with bar area, great hosts, would definitely stay again when on the island.

Our stay overall was OK. We visited with another couple and on arrival were disappointed with the overall look of the car park and facade which needed some loving care. We were also surprised that we were asked to pay for our room on arrival which in our experience isn't usual. Our bathroom badly needed updating and some proper heating... More

thank you for taking the time to review our hotel , having read your comments I have to disagree on a few points : 1 ) for your information and future reference it is common practice for hotels in general to charge guests prior to their arrival , our hotel policy is payments on arrival regardless , you wouldn't be... We chose to stay here for a late break in October and had a very enjoyable stay, the owners are very friendly and aproachable, the breakfast's were very tasty and offered a wide and varied choice, my only grip would be the bed we had was not as comfortable as our own but its a very small detail, the room... Room was a good size although the bathroom was a little on the small side. Room was very clean too. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We used this hotel as a base whilst travelling around the island and it is ideally situated with the promenade in one direction, shops, banks, railway station and town centre pubs in another... This hotel is in a perfect position - near enough to the seafront and old town but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet! Lovely and clean, excellent value for money, super friendly staff - what more could you ask for? (except perhaps for 2 rashers of bacon as standard on your breakfast as opposed to one..) Overall, a... More

This hotel is in a fantastic location away from the main seafront and the old village yet in very easy reach of both.I booked two rooms online for our family , both of which were not only very reasonably priced but also very clean , spacious and comfortable. The man on reception (I assume he was the owner) was incredibly... More

Spent 3 nights at this hotel at the start of September and the reviews already posted are pretty much spot on. Good location 10 minutes from the train and bus stations and 5 minutes from the beach and Old Shanklin where there is a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Bathroom on the small side but the rooms were comfortable... More
