We stayed in the St Helens room on the ground floor of this guest house which had a large en-suite bathroom with a large shower cubicle. The room is a good size, tastefully decorated in neutral tones. I wasnt struck on the artwork in the room - but clearly that is highly subjective. The bed was large (lovely) and had... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in the Bonchurch room which was spacious, well appointed and included a double sofa and a good sized TV which made the room an ideal place to chill out. Situated in a quiet side street and within walking distance of the old shanklin town high street which has an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants... More

Up market guest house at very reasonable price. We had a ground floor room "St Helens" great if you are having problems with stairs. Off St parking, Wi Fi, very close, walking distance, to numerous eating establishments. Gareth and Sarah very helpful for all your needs.

accommodation great, breakfast great, we had no complaints everything was perfect, we were made to feel so welcome. Would highly recommend , the position is ideal situated in the old town part of Shanklin which is so pretty , there are many places to eat and the main part of town just a short walk as is the beach.

High standard of room and the breakfast selection was top notch. The location within Shaklin is also worth mentioning as it is only around the corner from the old village and a short walk to the seafront. Would recommend. J and E

We spent 3 night's at this superb guest house. Our room was spacious, light and very clean as was the ensuite. A warm welcome came from our hosts Gareth and Sarah, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were a delight, try the Eggs Benedict.....complete yumminess on a plate. Would most definitely stay again if in the area and would... More

A really friendly, relaxed and comfortable B&B with breakfast that we looked forward to each day so it helped us actually get up and out of the comfy bed. We like to keep ourselves to ourselves and this place is a great balance as Sarah and Gareth were welcoming and happy to give us just the right information whilst letting... More

Elle, Thank you for your review. We're really pleased you enjoyed your stay. The Godshill Room does have a mecerator toilet because of it's position in the house, which is something we inherited from the previous owners. This is the next big project on the list, (re routing the waste) which we hope to have done within the next year,... More

This B&B is a lovely hidden gem. Five minute walk to the beach and five minute walk into town. It's situated well but far enough away from everything to be quiet. We stayed in the bronchurch suite. This was very spacious a little bit like a "granny flat" everything you need in one room we felt really at home. The... More
