What can I say - superb. Spacious clean rooms. Tea/coffee facilities ( sadly no biscuits! ). Towels changed daily. We had a welcome fan - weather hot and humid. Room 9 nice room. Food plentiful. And good, location 1street from front. Staff helpful. Went with Titteringtons coaches Penrith, Richard the driver exalent informative helpful. Happy to recommend. The lift down to the beach is now working again after been closed.
