My partner booked one of the special hot tub rooms for our anniversary on 4/10/2016. As part of the package there were spa treatments booked for the next day, Champagne and chocolate strawberries in the room. We arrived at the hotel around 5-6pm and were told that there were no spa staff the next day. Reception staff were quite abrupt...

Few problems when we arrived, (Jamie GM) showed his true professionalism dealing with the matter.Hot tub was just perfect with views across to the sea. The second night Jamie upgraded us to the John Muir suite, which also had great views. Had a meal on both nights and breakfast in the mornings, all meals were spot on. (top marks to Gareth...

My wife and I were given room 10. The room was filthy from top to bottom, mould covered the shower ceiling. A couch that looked as though it was taken from a skip covered in stains from god knows what. The bed was, you guessed it also filthy from base to mattress which still gives both my wife and I...

Was impressed with the whole experience. Food was amazing! Staff were lovely. Suite with hot tub had amazing views and the room was a much better standard than how it looked on the website. Spa rooms are a bit small but great range of treatments available. will definitely be booking to go here again

The room was beautiful clean and spacious. The outside area with hot tub private and with stunning views of the coast. We had great weather but some may find it a hassle not being able to access the main hotel without an external walk but for us that wasn't an issue. Breakfast tasty and service good Spa treatments in a...

If you stay in the John Muit Suit you will not be disappointed. We totally loved it . My god the massive bay window with the most rustic Scottish views I have ever seen before. All the staff were wonderful, breakfast is a little strange. We needed to relax and the Head Massage was amzing. Please go to Dunbar for...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here in mid February as we had a Groupon Voucher which entitled us to a Hot tub suite with prosecco and strawberries, 30 minute spa treatment each and a full cooked breakfast in the morning. The room was spacious and clean and the views of the sea were spectacular and the hot tub was excellent...

My other half booked this for me as a birthday night away. I was a bit unsure after reading all of the mixed reviews regarding the Hot Tub Suites. I can assure you that this place is beautiful. The suite is spacious with a lovely modern bathroom that is massive. The views from the hot tub are outstanding especially as...
