I’ve stayed twice at the Rayanne in recent weeks. It’s a B&B, not a hotel, so don’t expect a trouser press or a bar. Meals are served in the evening only with a prior advance warning. But the food that is served is sensational. The breakfast is worth coming to Holywood just to experience on it’s own. The rooms vary... More

This was a slightly confusing visit. We had been recommended the Rayanne by an uncle who has stayed a number of times. He raved about it being 5 *, we had high expectations. I was sharing with my sister in law and my mother in law had the room next door. Gosh what a disappointment. The rooms were tired and... More

We came here just for a night without the kids. Beautiful building and the room was a great size. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The whole interior is of a very high standard. We stayed on a Friday night and paid around £134 bed and breakfast. The Breakfast is AMAZING with multiple courses and an incredible range of... More

Such a beautiful guest house with amazing views of the coast. Lovely staff with brilliant service. The staff could not do enough for me. The guest house was very homely and had all the things you could possibly need while being away from home. Would 100% recommend a stay in this lovely house!

Beautiful situation with great views over Belfast countryside. A boutique hotel that caters for visitors wanting a different experience from that offered by the 'standard' hotel. Unfortunately, we were unable to dine here due to a Private Party, but a reservation with an excellent restaurant within walking distance was made for us. Our room, which had a private balcony gave... More

It is easy to see why this guest house has 5 stars. Lovely location with distant sea views and a 10 minute walk into the pretty town of Holywood. The rooms are better equipped than most hotels with some really nice touches. Rayanne has a pretty unique dining experience and if you are lucky to be booked if for the... More

We stayed here on the 12 September as we were over visiting friends. I'd already read the reviews before we'd booked but it was even nicer than we expected. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel really welcome it's a family run business I believe, so definitely nicer than any corporate hotel. The room we stayed in... More

I grew up in Holywood and had always been familiar with Rayanne but have never had the opportunity or occasion to stay there before. I am so glad that I did, I am sure that it won't be my last visit. Three things made Rayanne stand out. First the setting and most importantly the view. Given that I grew up... More
