Stay here for a couple of nights. Arrived on Sunday. Very Clean boutique hotel. Very comfortable room . The breakfast was outstanding and very different to anything we experience before . Would consider staying here again .

The guesthouse was beautiful. We decided to spend a little extra money to get a room with a balcony and it was well worth it! We had a stunning view out over the water and Belfast. The room was large and spotless and very well equipped. The breakfast was also fantastic - no greasy fry-ups to be seen! I would...

I went back to the Rayanne house couple of weeks ago. Everything was spot on. Loved the breakfast and rooms were beautifully decorated, great character and very comfortable. The Staff (Conner, Sam and Bernie) are excellent and customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.

Well you can't really call this a B&B however it doesn't fall into the category of hotel either. I think it's a luxurious and indulgent home away from home. It is the most enjoyable establishment I've stayed in possibly ever. From the moment we arrived to leaving the warmth of the house, the people and the service was in a...

Stayed here for a single night with two work colleagues. It is a beautiful guesthouse; great character and lovely comfortable bedrooms. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast which you order the evening before. The choice is staggering and all dishes sound unusual and mouthwatering. The actual breakfast was excellent- presented with care and tasting really super. Would...

Accommodation 60th birthday party at Rayanne House 8/9 October 2016 The dining room and two inter-connecting lounges were ideal for guests to gather for drinks, have dinner and relax afterwards. It is very attractive but still homely. Our party used most of the bedrooms which were all very individual and tastefully decorated. We ourselves used the large comfortable room on...

Rayanne House at Holywood, a short train journey from Belfast, is my favourite B&B. It is always a treat to stay there when I need to be close to Belfast City Airport or when friends are visiting Northern Ireland from Australia. Connor and Bernie are wonderful hosts and the staff are attentive and friendly. The establishment is renowned for both...

This property sits high on the Holywood Hill overlooking Belfast Lough and the taxi fare was less than £10 from the City airport. We were met by Connor, who showed us to our room and put on the radiator for us. We were given a room key and a front door key so that we could come and go without...

Its only been a few weeks since we were at Rayanne House and already I want to do it all over again! Everything was simply perfect - we couldn't have been more happier to have chosen Rayanne House with the Titanic Meal as the way to celebrate our wedding. Every guest said it was the best meal of their lives...

We stayed at this lovely guest house for three nights. We had a warm welcome, and were shown to our room which was a large room number 7 , this room is golf themed, the bathroom was great looking like a golf green, thought this was very well done, also there's lots of golfing memorabilia Rory Mclroy obviously . This...
