We didn't expect much, just a clean room and a shower - but we ended up finding a wonderful little hotel with plenty of heart. We enjoyed our stay and the fantastic location...

The staff are brill, they went out of their way to oblige and always had a smile for you. The entertainment...

Had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. Rooms could do with a refurb. But the staff at the hotel make up for that. Breakfast and evening where really nice. I will defiantly go back. Plus there is a £2 bar in evening.

Preston sands is not a five star hotel, thank goodness,it has a heart of gold and staff that care. Situated with views across Torbay this two star hotel is a little gem,the food is excellent, the whole package is first class value for money. We have stayed here several times and will continue to do so.
