Loved staying here. All you need, very clean, good rooms, close to all amenities, can see the sea and Catherine the owner makes you feel very welcome. Very tasty breakfasts I would have 2 if I could fit them in!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. Cathy and John cannot do enough to make you feel welcome - it's more like staying with your family! Excellent breakfast in a sunny dining room overlooking the garden and fish pond! Comfortable rooms with some currently being updated.

On arrival we were offered a hot drink of tea or coffee by Catherine the proprietor. Such a lovely warm welcome which made us feel instantly at home. We were offered a choice of room either twin or double. Our room was fine, clean & tidy & the size was good. Little extras like tea & coffee making facilities in... More

We stayed in a newly decorated family room with sea view and newly fitted bathroom. Would definitely recommend for families as good location near the harbour and beach. Good breakfast. Great value for money.

As a family (8yrs,1yr) with children, we was all welcomed to join them in there home, as this is exactly how this hotel feels. There is lots... More

The hotel is conveniently situated. We stayed in a large bedroom with a wonderful view. There was an excellent English breakfast in the morning and especially a welcoming atmosphere. The lady that runs the hotel is very kind and made us feel part of her family.

This B&B is in one of Paignton's original grand Victorian houses. It is very close to the sea front and the harbor and within easy reach of a great variety of restaurants. Cathy, who runs it, could not be more friendly and helpful. She serves up a wonderful full English breakfast for her guests. The rooms are decorated in a... More

We wanted to be close to the seafront as we were going to the BMAD festival. We could see the hotel from where we had parked the bike on the front so the location was spot on. The owners were friendly, even though we interrupted the football! We had seen that we were booked into the compact double room so... More
