First of all this place has no schedule....the bar/food depends on how many people are in residence which is totally unacceptable in my view. They offer no breakfast service whatsoever but at least the hospital (which is directly opposite) has a cafeteria. The prices here are very reasonable, all things considered but the overall standard of service is very low....

The staff at this hotel are brilliant the bar, reception, and dinning aria are fine the breakfast is very good and the drinks in the bar are priced not too bad. But the bedrooms was nice and big BUT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE the bedding and towels where clean and that's about it the carpet was disgustingly dirty with stains every...

I went here for a drink with friends & my friend had 4 glasses given to her before she finally got a clean one. Haven't been back since and I do live very local - shame as could be thriving if things like this were sorted. Good function room for kids parties though

This hotel had been booked for our daughters wedding reception and evening plus large family accommodation over the weekend. The free car park is at the rear as is the main entrance, not immediately obvious that's why I mention this first. Reception is spacious and tidy and the receptionist was on the ball, polite & very friendly. Keycard issued and...

We stayed for a friends wedding and reserved by phone - agreed with the manager we'd get a 10% discount as we were with the wedding party. Arrived on the day - no booking, and it took ages to get them to give us the discount that was agreed on the phone. Paid £40 for Bed & Breakfast. The room...

Went to a christening do here. Felt like if walked into a wedding. Don't get me wrong, the room we had was lovely and the food was quite nice too. The rest of the hotel though... Yuk! Toilets looked they hadn't been cleaned in weeks with brown stains all over the seats and rubbish everywhere. Reception smelt musky and looked...
