Rooms clean, quiet with good size bath and huge tv with excellent picture and sound quality. Enjoyed dinner at the adjoining restaurant. Huge breakfast of fine quality. We were received by a cheerful receptionist who dealt with a change of room swiftly.

our stay was very pleasant with reception staff being very helpful. Location good as you can catch a bus or walk into the centre of Barnstaple. There is a large Tesco store opposite the hotel for anything you need or indeed to use their cafe.

We stayed Wednesday and Thursday night and took the meal deal that is available for £23.99 per person with that you can have two course dinner with a drink and the cooked breakfast. It was a good deal for us. The hotel was just what we required for our visit. It is in a good location with a supermarket just...

Firstly the disabled parking is in the area labled extra parking, dont go into the general car park, as there are steps up to the front door. We had a room labled as accesible, it was on the ground floor, just as well as there is no lift in the building. However despite there being many hand rails in the...

This was our 4th visit here and this time I was very disappointed. 2 family rooms booked one for 3 people one for 4 people but both rooms only slept 3. When we arrived we asked to book a table for dinner and was told they were very busy so it would be a late table booking, only to find...

Stayed here as we know what the standard is like, clean hotel, friendly staff and as my wife is in a wheelchair it's one of our first choices as most premier in hotels have good adapted accessible bedrooms, good value for money, and we enjoyed a very good breakfast which was cooked to order

well placed hotel in the center of Barnstaple, spotlessly clean room in the adjoining annex, very quiet and very comfortable. Plenty of free parking and very welcoming, friendly staff. Restaurant looked very nice though I didn't use it due to over sleeping in the extremely comfortable bed.

Room was its usual high standard but we had trouble with the guest in the next room. In the afternoon he could be heard quite clearly shouting and swearing at someone. I mentioned this to reception at the time. This occurred again during early part of the evening but as we weren't going to bed any time soon, I chose...

A very nice stay but our evening meal poor. Not fresh and overcooked. Nice and quiet but a continuous clicking with the heating which compromised sleep. I would revisit though. Staff friendly and helpful.
