9 of us spent the weekend here (6 adults and 3 children - 1 age 7 and 2 3-year-olds). The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, with enough space space for clothes etc and tea and coffee making facilities. Beds are comfortable, rooms are warm and quiet at night. We all commented that we'd slept well. Staff were all...

To pay £90 for a Travelodge outside London seems excessive but this simply reflects the demand in Barrow. The room was comfortable but starting to look a little tired with some fittings and features needing attention. It was clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. I was grateful to find a place within walking distance of my meetings, and although...

Stayed at the travelodge whilst we were attending a function at the Soccer Bar right opposite. What a pleasant surprise, rooms have been refurbished to a high standard ,spotlessly clean, had to wait a few mins for the hot water to come through but that was my only whinge . Ample free parking and passing traffic noise minimal. Pleasant outlook onto a...

Unfriendly receptionist, despite her chatting away with the couple who were booking in before us, literally just handed us the key cards and gave directions. The family room was spacious, clean apart from a few suspect black hairs in the bathroom! There is no restaurant attached to this hotel. I really think that the breakfast boxes need a rethink, not...

Basic Travel lodge with no attached Pub or Restaurant, but staff were very friendly and helpful or arrival, the room was spotless and all added to a good nights sleep with no noise or issues. Breakfast available in a box that you collect from reception, which was OK. Collected a Pizza from the Dominos take away in the same car...

We had a family room and was ideal for an other night stay, location was great and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Ideal for visiting the nearby Safari Lakes Zoo and lots of amenities near by.

Quick last minute booking whilst traveling. Hotel is just off the main drive and has Asda and dominos near it should you require food or anything. Travelodge was comfy and clean as always. Quiet night as looked like the car park was very empty. Receptionist was very nice, chatty and welcoming. I'd recommend this as a pit stop stay if...

Stayed for one night and our experience was as always - great value for money, friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Having stayed Travelodge for a number of years, I have detected of late that Travelodge has upped its game with many lodges renovated to a comfortable standard providing everything one might need for one night stay. On these occasions I...

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions over the past 2 years. It is located opposite the football ground on the main road into town adjacent to a large swan lake. There is plenty of parking space in front of a well lit main reception. The receptionists are always very helpful and friendly. The rooms including the bathrooms...
