We visited on Saturday 25th February , a birthday treat for me. I picked this hotel for the pool as wanted my partner & I to be present when my 10 weeks old daughter's first ever time but on arrival was told the pool was closed for maintenance. Was gutted!! Rooms were clean and towels in very good condition. Breakfast...

Beautiful looking hotel with amazing views. However, if you want to get some sleep on your precious holiday don't expect anything from the beds ! They are as hard as concrete. Also if you dont like darkness at night then stay here ! Lights in the corridors outside are on 24hrs as are the lights to the road that illuminate...

I really don't enjoy giving negative feedback and always try and find the positives. Sadly this hotel has very few positives - I will write the only slight positive at the end. My husband booked this hotel for a night for a weekend away without the children for the first time in years - so should have been a treat....

We had the pleasure of staying on the 18/02/2017. Lovely room spotlessly clean. Rose petals on bed, large soft white towels. Complimentary toiletries. Hairdryer, safe. Large mirrors and wardrobe. Bedside lamps. Crisp white bedding. Biscuits, selection of teas and coffee. Could not fault our room. Fantastic sea view. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, bacon ,hash browns, mushrooms, beans and tomatoes, toast...

Visited hotel as part of a short stay to visit local theatre. Hotel is very dated and reminds me of the old butlins / pontine holidays . Because of the time of year both the pools were closed but you could have use of sauna and gym. There is a restaurant at hotel but did not use. The room we...

We had a lovely weekend at Riviera. The location was superb and all the staff were so lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. The outside could do with a refurb but it's winter so actually wouldn't make sense to start now!!!! The rooms were well equipped with everything you need and actually quite impressive for a 3 star...

We checked in on Monday, yes the rooms and exterior need a lick of paint but the room was clean, tidy and very warm. It's also very early in the year. The staff were friendly and we chose to eat our evening meals whilst we were out. Breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful on both mornings. The orange juice had...

Was very disappointed The outside of the Hotel is shabby. The pool looks as if it has been derelict for years the grounds too. The entrance was more promising. We had to pay upfront which is not the norm. Room was ready and after negotiating the the steep steps with our luggage went to the outside second floor right to...
