I booked a weekend away with my boyfriend. I chose this B&B because of other trip Advisor reviews and it's central location. We arrived at 10:30 on the Friday night after a long journey from Birmingham, but Mark was very friendly and said not to worry about the late arrival. We were in room 12, up on the third floor,...

Last minute visit to the south coast, booked the Cumberland on the drive down. It seemed reasonable for the money so we gave it a shot. We arrived early evening and were met by one half of the friendly husband/wife team that run the Cumberland, we were shown in, check in took no time at all and we were in...

We stayed at this hotel and found it a very satisfying experience, the rooms are very clean and bright, the views are fantastic, the room we stayed in both my wife and myself used the veranda to sit on which gave us a good view of the whole of Weymouth seafront. the Breakfast is more than satisfactory with cereals or...

Enjoyed a 2 night stay in Room 6. Wonderful Seaview with a balcony complete with table and chairs. The entry to balcony is through a large sash window, it is a small step up and through but there is a small stool available, we are not the fittest or smallest of people but even without the stool it was no...

Just had a very enjoyable stay at the Cumberland hotel. Been 3times before and is always clean comfortable and mark and Clair are the perfect hosts. 4 of us stayed on a fishing weekend and nobody had any complaints. Will be going back again. Weymouth is a great place with great fishing and pubs

Had a three night stay in the Cumberland. Room 6 is a little cosy but is spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could want. Views from the balcony across the sea are stunning. Breakfast is superb, a plentiful supply of cereals, toast etc and a great full English! Mark and Claire are wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble....

Visited Weymouth end of March for two nights and stayed at The Cumberland Hotel. I have to say it was a splendid break. The location of the hotel, the room (5), the food and last but not least the owners all madd a perfect stay for us. Will definitely be going back in hotter weather.

Visiting Weymouth for two nights for work meeting. Had an advance call from hotel to clarify arrival time, which was appreciated. (I had put this in as a late arrival on booking.) Speedy check in, well equipped room with sea view. Despite being on the promenade, it's a quiet area at night and I could sleep with the windows open...

Right in the middle of the bay by the clock tower this is a great place for a visit to Weymouth. We had a sea view (room 5) and the sun just flooded in. Cosy bathroom but very clean and functional. Good full English breakfast but sadly lacking black pudding. Parking is a problem in Weymouth but hotel gave us...
